Please quote TOPS and PLC control systems maintenance at the Traffic Management Center complex and associated tunnels and bridges in the Mobile and Bayou La Batre areas of Alabama.

Term: October 1, 2026–September 30, 2027.
Maintenance: Preventive maintenance of PLC, HMI, and Historian components during the first week of each month, support as needed, and a monthly completion report.
Backups: Monthly backups of TOPS software, FactoryTalk diagnostic databases, server settings, applications, server/client event logs, and the Historian database to a dedicated external hard drive with redundant storage.
Updates: Application development and updates for TOPS, PLCs, and Historian.
Inspections: Hardware inspections twice yearly at Bankhead Tunnel, Wallace Tunnel, I-10 Bayway, Cochrane Bridge, and Bayou La Batre Bridge.
Emergency support: Emergency support involves less than 48 business hours’ notice.
