Studies and design: Facility assessments, field surveys, feasibility and code compliance reviews, cost estimates, preliminary and final design, construction documents, and bidding assistance.
Construction support: Construction administration, shop drawing review, site inspections, and record drawings.
Service period: January 1–December 31, 2027, with four optional one-year renewals; individual project scopes defined as needed.
Pricing: Please provide fully burdened hourly rates by discipline and staff level, including incidental expenses.
