What the job is
Services: Mail pickup, sorting, metering, barcoding, folding, inserting, tabbing, printing, processing, and delivery to the U.S. Post Office.
Mail Types: First-Class, postcard, flat, bulk, and standard mail in standard and non-standard sizes, including domestic and international mail.
Pickup Schedule: Monday through Friday at 2:00 p.m., no later than 2:30 p.m., excluding specified holidays.
Delivery: All mail must be delivered to the U.S. Post Office the same day it is picked up.
Requirements: Optimize eligible mail for automation postage rates, return undeliverable mail within 24 business hours, and provide monthly processing statements.
Contract Term: Five years, consisting of a base year and four optional one-year renewals.
