Apartment pricing: Provide per-unit rates for standard cleaning, enzyme treatment and cleaning, occupied high-traffic-area cleaning, and stain treatment and cleaning using 400 sq ft for one-bedroom, 550 sq ft for two-bedroom, and 900 sq ft for three-bedroom units.
Estimated annual volume: 500 standard cleanings, 150 stain treatments, 40 enzyme treatments for pet odors or bodily fluids, and 100 occupied-unit cleanings. Most units are unfurnished; occupied cleaning requires no furniture moving.
Additional rates: Provide hourly rates for childcare carpets (200–800 sq ft per classroom, four times annually), office and common-area carpets (10 offices averaging 100 sq ft, twice annually), emergencies, and weekends.
Scheduling: Routine cleaning is typically Monday–Friday, noon–6 p.m. Same-day requests received before 10 a.m. must carry no emergency surcharge.
Pricing term: Rates must remain firm for three years beginning December 1, 2026, or the award date. Include equipment, labor, travel, and parking.
Qualifications: Five years of relevant experience and workers who pass national criminal background checks are required.
