Preventive maintenanceTwice-yearly service per manufacturer requirements, including cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement, operational checks, condenser tube cleaning, oil analysis, and required oil changes. Include all labor, parts, tools, and consumables.
Repairs and responseAs-needed repairs covering all system components, with a 12-month labor warranty. Routine calls require a response within two hours and arrival within four hours; emergencies require a response within 30 minutes and arrival within two hours. Maintain 24/7 emergency phone coverage.
QualificationsApplicable manufacturer repair and warranty authorization, required West Virginia contractor and trade licenses, and at least two comparable maintenance engagements within the past five years.
