Overhaul: Include all parts and labor for shutdown, compressor dismantling and reassembly, refrigerant and oil analysis, motor and compressor inspections, controls adjustment, and lubrication system cleaning and inspection.
Replacements: New Trane compressor motor bearings, oil pump and motor, motor terminal board, relief valve carbon disk, and associated Trane OEM or approved gaskets and terminal O-rings.
Testing: Purge cleaning and verification, evacuation and leak testing, refrigerant recharge, startup vibration analysis, and operating checks and adjustments to Trane specifications. Additional refrigerant is owner-supplied; refrigerant cleaning requires prior approval.
Schedule: Approximately three weeks of work. Mandatory site walk: October 28, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. at the project location.
Qualifications and pricing: C-10, C-20, and C-38 license coverage; at least three years of experience with centrifugal chillers and micro control systems. Provide a lump-sum quote reflecting applicable prevailing wages.
