Please quote an interior remodel at Seattle Central Library, 1000 Fourth Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104.

Interior: Renovate Level 2 into offices and mixed-use workspaces with selective demolition, framed walls, hollow metal doors and glazing, suspended acoustical ceilings, and modified and new cabinetry.
Floors: Fill existing concrete floor openings on Levels 1 and 3 left by the removed book conveyor.
Systems: Modify electrical, heating and cooling, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems; provide new LED lighting and connections.
Finishes: Provide wall protection, rubber trim along wall bases, and painting of new and existing walls within the work area.
Ceilings: Paint only new gypsum board ceilings and ceiling repairs; leave existing overhead structure, conduit, and ductwork unchanged.
Accent paint: Apply accent paint only to designated door and frame faces toward Work Room 279.
