What the job is
Scope: Preliminary and advanced eelgrass and macro algae surveys, including survey documentation and delineation reports.
Standards: Follow Components of a Complete Eelgrass Delineation Report (January 9, 2018) and Eelgrass/Macroalgae Habitat Interim Survey Guidelines (June 16, 2008).
Experience: At least five years performing eelgrass and macro algae surveys.
Pricing: Provide fully burdened hourly rates for principal, senior project manager, project manager, senior wildlife biologist, senior fisheries biologist, senior planner/permit specialist, staff biologist, GIS biologist, CADD drafter, administrative support, diver, and vessel operator. Exclude travel and sales tax; identify rates for services outside hourly billing.
Scheduling: Projects will be assigned individually, with scope and timing agreed for each assignment. Provide a proposed schedule within five working days of receiving a project scope.
