Research: Compile existing scientific information and datasets; identify key habitats, threats, and research gaps.
Coordination: Facilitate stakeholder meetings, outreach, technical reviews, and documented partner commitments. Include virtual meetings and in-person meetings in Utah or other project locations as needed.
Deliverables: Provide a work plan, draft and final strategy, measurable conservation actions, implementation responsibilities, monitoring priorities, and electronic project records and datasets.
Timeline: Complete all primary work within 12 months of execution.
Pricing: Provide an itemized, all-inclusive quote covering personnel, travel, meetings, subcontractors, and other expenses, within a $75,000 maximum budget.
