Services: Multi-party facilitation and dispute resolution and/or collaborative capacity building through training and workshops. You may quote either or both service areas.
Delivery: In-person, remote, and hybrid services; relevant Washington public policy experience required.
Timing: Anticipated July 1, 2027–June 30, 2030, with two optional one-year extensions. Individual assignments typically last 3–12 months; work volume is not guaranteed.
Pricing: Provide hourly rates by staff role, optional daily rates, and itemized expenses and travel costs, including markups and limits. Rates must remain firm for three years; monthly invoicing, Net 30, with no advance payments.
