ScopeIdentification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, production, and hosting of digital and hardcopy records following EDRM best practices.
Collection and processingStandard and forensic collection, search reports, deduplication, OCR, native file processing, chat attachment extraction, and standard/oversize scanning.
Review and productionDocument review, redactions, confidentiality endorsements, Bates numbering, and production preparation.
Hosting and securityPlatform setup, user access, hosting, and third-party data loading; encryption at rest and in transit, SOC 2 reporting, and HIPAA/HITECH compliance. All work must remain within the United States. Please identify any FedRAMP and/or CJIS credentials.
PricingProvide all-inclusive maximum unit rates by service: hourly, per GB, per page, per report, per user, and monthly hosting/user fees, as applicable, for the first 12 months.
