What the job is
Debt types: Unsecured individual/business debts, unsecured private student loans, and court-ordered fines, fees, restitution, penalties, and judgments. Quote one or more categories.
Services: Collections, account management, payment processing, funds remittance, and a secure reporting portal with daily updates and exportable reports. No debt purchases or litigation.
Qualifications: Washington collection agency license and endorsement, at least two years of Washington collection experience per quoted category, and collection capability in all 50 states.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive maximum fee percentages to two decimal places for debts below $1,000, $1,001–$10,000, and above $10,001, separately for each quoted category. Include the 1.5% management fee on service fees.
Term: Anticipated start December 1, 2026; initial two years with up to four additional years. Rates remain fixed throughout.
Data security: Services performed within the continental United States, data stored within the United States, and a SOC 2 Type I report at commencement and annually thereafter.
