Scope: Reporting for pre-hearing conferences, oral arguments, and hearings, plus transcription of recorded proceedings; approximately 5–10 hearings or oral arguments annually.
Qualifications: Washington-certified court reporters and at least five years of organizational court reporting experience.
Schedule: Generally Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific Time, from agreement execution through December 30, 2029.
Transcripts: Prepared, reviewed, and certified by a human court reporter and delivered within 10 business days after each proceeding. AI or automated speech recognition requires prior written approval.
Pricing: Please provide all-inclusive hourly rates by service type, including travel, administrative expenses, taxes, revisions, and corrections.
