Schedule: Monday–Friday, year-round, excluding state holidays; anticipated term July 1, 2027–June 30, 2032.
Services: Full management, staffing, early learning curriculum, meals and snacks, and childcare licensing compliance.
Qualifications: Washington business and childcare licenses; at least three years of licensed childcare operating experience or equivalent organizational capacity.
Included support: Facility without base rent, utilities, custodial services, internet, grounds care, and specified facility maintenance; existing kitchen equipment, large furniture, and playground equipment remain available.
Pricing: Provide tuition by age group, applicable fees, a student discount model, enrollment assumptions, and any additional financial support needed. Other childcare operating costs are the operator's responsibility.
