Schedule: Fall conferences in September–October 2027–2029; spring conferences in March–June 2028–2030; and Sunday–Friday events in January–February 2028–2030. Please identify the event sizes and dates you can accommodate.
Capacity: Conferences range from 30–225 attendees, with room blocks reaching 225 rooms per night. Ad hoc lodging needs range from 1–50 rooms.
Meeting space: Lodging and meetings at one location, accessible main meeting space, breakout and committee rooms as needed, and a nearby staging room. Seating includes rounds of six and open-U layouts.
Catering: Hot breakfasts, buffet lunches, receptions or dinners as applicable, dietary accommodations, and daily snacks with hot and cold beverages. Target snack and beverage pricing is $5–$12 per person per day.
Audiovisual: Screens, projectors, sound systems, and microphones; outside AV providers must be permitted without added fees.
Pricing and billing: Please itemize lodging, meeting space, catering, AV, parking, taxes, and service charges. Direct billing without deposits is required.
