Period: January 4–June 30, 2027; approximately 80 hours for one advisor supporting a shared cohort of about 20 organizations.
Advising: Provide individualized guidance on project planning, organizational readiness, financing, budgeting, project management, and readiness barriers.
Peer learning: Support relevant sessions within a planned series of 4–6 cohort meetings, and share practical tools and referrals.
Deliverables: Maintain consultation activity records, provide monthly progress reports, and prepare a brief final summary with recommendations.
Experience: At least three years of relevant capital project advisory or capacity-building experience.
Pricing: Include your hourly rate, estimated hours, any additional costs, and an all-inclusive total of no more than $25,000, including administration and routine local travel.
