What the job is
Assessment scope: Two comprehensive facility assessments, including approximately 10–12 departmental assessments per facility. Estimated staffing: 989 at Central State Hospital and 931 at Western State Hospital.
Research: Review leadership, culture, workforce and operational data; conduct confidential interviews, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings, with sampling across all shifts.
Deliverables: Findings reports, root-cause analysis, prioritized recommendations, and intervention plans with training materials, timelines, and measurable progress indicators.
Implementation support: Leadership and workforce training, coaching for approximately 8 executives and 40–50 managers/supervisors per facility, and progress monitoring throughout the one-year term.
Schedule and visits: Preferred six-month assessment and initial implementation timeline, with at least three on-site visits per facility.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive price per assessment and total for both facilities, with estimated travel expenses listed separately by facility.
