- Window-to-window interfacesApproximately 2,000 linear feet.
- Glazing and glass perimetersApproximately 14,000 linear feet.
- Stucco control jointsApproximately 220 linear feet.
- InstallationRemove existing sealant, clean and prepare substrates, and install and tool Dow 795 silicone or an approved equivalent. Include backer rod and primer where required at window interfaces and stucco joints.
- Equipment and cleanupInclude all labor, materials, access equipment, and required power. Remove silicone residue from glass; window washing is excluded.
- ScheduleComplete within 75 consecutive calendar days after authorization to start; start date coordinated around weather. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–7 p.m.
- PricingProvide unit pricing for each scope item and a total lump-sum quote.
