ScheduleTwice yearly in spring and fall for three years, with two optional one-year renewals. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Included costsAll labor, equipment, fall protection, supplies, and materials; provide chemical documentation, cleaning logs, and maintenance certifications identifying deficiencies after each service.
Staff requirementsInitial and annual background checks; annual training of up to two hours per person for staff who encounter residents, included in pricing.
