Frequency: First-floor terminal exterior glass and the three other buildings monthly; remaining terminal glass every two, four, or six months, depending on area.
High surfaces: Clean exposed interior beams, overhead surfaces, high ledges, blinds, and vintage aircraft displays every six months. Aircraft require approved, nondestructive cleaning methods.
Equipment and access: Include all labor, supplies, lifts, equipment, and transportation. Coordinate work around airport operations, including off-peak hours and secured-area access requirements.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive annual total, separate per-occurrence exterior cleaning rates by building and north/south/east/west section, and an hourly rate for additional services.
