PricingProvide separate totals for Constant Hall and Diehn Hall, including estimated supervisor and technician hours, chemicals, equipment/lift rental, ground protection, and parking. Include regular, overtime, and holiday hourly rates for future as-needed work.
SchedulingTypical hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; weekend, holiday, and 24/7 service availability may be required. Include your proposed cleaning method, chemicals, equipment, and earliest start date.
