FrequencyAdministration, police, public works, and wastewater treatment buildings three times weekly; community center twice weekly.
Routine cleaningTrash and recycling removal, restroom and kitchen disinfection, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, glass cleaning, and dispenser replenishment, with weekly and monthly detailed cleaning.
Periodic cleaningCarpet steam cleaning and office/lobby window and door cleaning twice yearly; annual stripping and resealing of resilient floors and scrubbing of tile floors and walls.
ScheduleGenerally after business hours; police cleaning between 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. and wastewater facility cleaning between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Coordinate community center access around activities.
Equipment and suppliesProvide labor, supervision, transportation, and equipment. Cleaning supplies and consumables are provided on site.
Staff requirementsBonded personnel with fingerprinting, nationwide background checks, and required security training.
Term and pricingOne year with two optional annual renewals. Please provide monthly and annual pricing by facility.
