What the job is
Machining and fabrication: Repair, reproduce, and modify metal components, including milling, turning, drilling, forming, finishing, and painting.
Welding: Shop and onsite welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, cast iron, and aluminum; brazing of nonferrous metals.
Mechanical repairs: Removal, refurbishment, inspection, and testing of pumps, centrifuges, conveyors, valves, actuators, blowers, and compressors.
AutoCAD: Measure and reverse engineer existing parts; deliver numbered drawings and measurements within seven business days.
Qualifications: NIMS-certified machinists at journey level or higher and AWS-, ASME-, and/or API-certified welders.
Response times: Regular mobilization within four hours and completion within 7–10 calendar days; 24/7 emergency availability with two-hour mobilization and 24-hour repair turnaround.
Pricing: Provide separate hourly rates for machining, welding, AutoCAD, equipment pickup/delivery, and mechanical services, including tools, consumables, and shop supplies. Emergency rates are 1.5 times regular rates; parts, materials, and rentals are reimbursed at cost without markup.
