What the job is
Unit: Harford/Kolpak or approved equivalent indoor combination unit, 13'6" W x 7'9" D x 7'6-1/4" H, with dimensions verified on site before ordering.
Construction: NSF/ANSI 7 certified, zero-wood framing, 4-inch polyurethane panels rated minimum R-29 cooler/R-32 freezer, 26-gauge galvalume finishes, and heavy-duty metal flooring rated 1,000 lbs/sq. ft. with a flush transition ramp.
Doors and controls: Self-closing doors with interior safety releases, heated freezer frame and threshold, heated pressure relief vent, vapor-proof LED lighting, and exterior digital temperature displays with audible/visual alarms.
Refrigeration: Remote split systems with low-GWP refrigerant, weather-enclosed scroll condensing units, ceiling-mounted evaporators with EC motors, freezer electric defrost, and all piping, wiring, drains, and freezer drain heat tracing.
Turnkey work: Include field verification, demolition, refrigerant recovery, disposal, delivery, crane/rigging, installation, electrical/plumbing connections, permitting coordination, and cleanup.
Startup and handover: Complete 24-hour testing at 35–38°F cooler and -10–0°F freezer, operating manuals, and two hours of on-site staff training.
Warranty: Minimum 10-year panels, 5-year compressors, and 2-year full system coverage including parts, labor, freight, and travel.
