What they need
- TranslationWritten translation to and from English, including editing, proofreading, quality review, and educational terminology. Please identify supported languages.
- ASL interpretingIn-person and virtual sign-to-voice and voice-to-sign services for educational and confidential employment meetings, including urgent or same-day requests.
- QualificationsAt least three years of relevant service experience; ASL personnel with at least two years of experience and RID, NAD, EIPA 4–5, or CLT credentials.
- File handlingSecure document transmission and storage, with support for client-managed translation tools, glossaries, and translation memories.
- PricingProvide all-inclusive rates for the initial year and four annual renewal options: translation per word, master templates per document, specialized desktop publishing per page, and separate hourly rates for in-person and virtual ASL. Include routine formatting of editable files and system-generated special education PDFs in translation rates.
