ServicesOne provider for all three services, including human-generated CART and qualified TypeWell transcribers.
Term and volumeApproximately January 1, 2027–January 1, 2029, as needed with no guaranteed hours. CART and TypeWell each estimate up to 20 classes and 705 hours per semester; ASL demand varies.
QualificationsASL interpreters with documented NIC exam qualifications or accepted RID-certified equivalents; CART providers with at least two years of specialized training; TypeWell providers who have passed the Basic Skills course.
Technology and supportSupply the virtual meeting platform, student/staff training and same-day transcripts. On-demand technical support required 7 a.m.–10 p.m., Monday–Saturday for CART and Monday–Sunday for TypeWell.
PricingProvide separate hourly rates for ASL, CART and TypeWell, covering evening, weekend, holiday and summer needs without premium rates. State minimum billing and cancellation terms, plus ASL team pricing per class hour when needed.
