Interpretation: Estimated annual volumes of 50 hours online, 50 hours telephone, and 480 hours video remote interpretation. Telephone coverage must be available 24/7/365. Onsite interpretation, including sight translation, requires 48-hour standard and 24-hour expedited availability.
Written translation: Approximately 120,000 words annually, preserving source formatting and including proofreading. Documents of 10 pages or fewer require five-business-day standard or two-business-day expedited turnaround.
Live captioning: Approximately 480 hours annually for meetings and events.
Training and testing: Eight hours annually each for language access and cultural competency training and bilingual proficiency testing.
