What they need

CoverageOne year of service for seven active indoor and outdoor pools, ranging from 14,180 to 413,476 gallons; include all labor, equipment, parts, materials, and chemicals.
Cleaning and maintenanceAnnual cleaning, seasonal opening and winterization, bathhouse plumbing startup/shutdown, filter servicing, water testing and balancing, and winter cover and water-level maintenance. Weekly service visits as requested.
RepairsAs-needed pump, filtration, chemical controller, tile, grout, caulking, and diving board work; marblelite replastering as requested.
ScheduleOutdoor pools ready by May 10 and winterized by Indigenous Peoples’ Day. Rixse cleaning and repairs occur during a one-week closure after Labor Day. Provide assessments and remediation plans within 48 hours of service requests.
