System maintenance: Maintain continuous groundwater capture and treatment using two granular activated carbon vessels, with biweekly inspections, PLC/HMI and Sensaphone monitoring, alarm response, and three carbon media changes annually.
Sampling: Quarterly influent/effluent testing; semiannual low-flow sampling of four groundwater wells with duplicate samples; quarterly sampling of four seeps and one tributary. Include laboratory analysis for gasoline-range organics and BTEX, plus required treatment discharge parameters.
Additional work: Include annual system cleaning, well and outfall inspections, non-routine repairs, and sampling of eight additional wells once during the initial pricing period.
Reporting and staffing: Include monthly updates, annual monitoring reports and data uploads, a Washington Licensed Geologist, and 40-hour HAZWOPER-trained field personnel.
Pricing: Provide total and monthly fixed pricing for routine maintenance over the initial 15-month period through June 30, 2028, plus hourly rates and itemized costs for repairs, monitoring, and reporting. Include labor, laboratory testing, materials, travel, subcontractors, and a standard portable restroom.
