This bid is for custodial services at Research Park Building One, 1615 NE Eastgate Blvd., Pullman, WA 99161, and Building Two, 1610 NE Eastgate Blvd., Pullman, WA 99161. - Area: Approximately 10,103 sq. ft. total; excludes Building One suites C, D, E, and F. - Common areas: Clean 7,786 sq. ft. five nights per week, Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
