What the job is
Scope: Interior and exterior glass, frames, sills, ledges, skylights, elevator glass, rail glass, canopies and skybridge surfaces, on weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual schedules.
Staffing and term: One dedicated on-site worker, 40 hours per week, plus personnel needed for scheduled cleaning; January 1, 2027–December 31, 2031, with five optional one-year extensions.
Access and equipment: Provide labor, supplies, transportation and equipment, except facility-provided equipment for high interior spaces, the Pike Street canopy and skybridge cover. Include certified ProBel operators, applicable lift rentals and elevator mechanic costs for shaft cleaning.
Qualifications and labor: Minimum five years of comparable high-rise commercial cleaning experience, Washington business licensing/registration and applicable King County prevailing wages.
Pricing: Monthly lump sum for base services and an hourly rate for additional work, excluding sales tax. Separately price truck bridge underside cleaning, Convention Place metal ceiling/soffit/LED cleaning and 8th Avenue metal ceiling/soffit cleaning per event, including required lifts and street closure permits.
