What the job is
Catch basins and drains: Inspect and vacuum-clean catch basins, clean grates and inserts, replace damaged inserts, and jet-clean storm drain piping.
Outfalls and repairs: Remove sediment, debris, and obstructing vegetation; perform minor erosion stabilization, riprap repairs, grate/lid replacement, frame adjustments, concrete repairs, and pipe-joint sealing.
Treatment systems: Inspect and clean treatment vaults and oil/water separators, including chambers, baffles, and piping. JBLM work is limited to oil/water separators adjacent to buildings FL3106, FL9705, and FL9608.
Waste and safety: Include confined-space capability, characterization and lawful disposal of sediment, sludge, oily water, and petroleum-contaminated waste, plus inspection and disposal records.
Pricing: Provide hourly labor rates including travel, estimated labor mix totaling 100%, hourly Vactor truck and equipment rates, hazardous waste disposal pricing, and materials/testing/lab costs with a maximum 5% markup. Include routine waste handling and disposal costs.
Schedule: As-needed services over 12 months, with four annual renewal options; normal site hours are Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
