What they need

TanksPotable and non-potable tanks, approximately 12,000 to 3,600,000 gallons; sizes and quantities vary by location.
CleaningClean all internal surfaces and vacuum-remove sediment and debris while tanks remain online and operational. Expect 6–18 inches of sediment.
Dive teamMinimum three-person crew with commercial diving, confined-space, CPR and first-aid qualifications; surface-supplied air and dedicated potable-water dry suits and helmets required.
Inspection and reportingLive narrated color video with two-way diver communication, photos and/or video on USB after service, and a written condition report within 10 days.
ScheduleServices as requested through October 31, 2029, generally weekdays, 7 a.m.–4 p.m.; Solano potable tanks require Sunday access.
Site requirementsMandatory walkthrough for Jamestown on November 17, 2026; Corcoran's substance abuse treatment facility requires a contractor within 200 driving miles.
PricingProvide hourly rates per technician by location for cleaning/maintenance and video inspection/reporting, including labor, equipment, supplies, travel, disposal and applicable prevailing wages.
