Schedule: Six nights per week, Monday–Saturday. Cleaning windows: Recreation Center 9 PM–6 AM; Aquatic Center 9 PM–5 AM; Physical Activities Center 11 PM–6 AM. Five specified holiday nights are excluded in 2027.
Service period: January 1, 2027–December 31, 2029, with two optional one-year extensions.
Specialty cleaning: Clean the entire Life Floor pool deck twice weekly and clean, remove chalk from, and disinfect all gymnastics mats each service night, separating stacked mats as needed. Use compatible products on pool deck and dance flooring; no bleach or acidic cleaners.
Supplies and staffing: Include all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and cleaning products. Restroom consumables and trash liners are provided. Include estimated staffing and labor hours per facility.
Pricing: Provide routine pricing by facility, an alternate for seven-night service, and supplemental unit prices and hourly rates for extra cleaning, emergency cleanup, carpet extraction, and floor refinishing.
