ScopeClear driveways, parking lots, walkways, and sidewalks, including designated perimeter sidewalks, and apply de-icer afterward. Include all labor, equipment, fuel, and materials.
Service requirementsFollow facility priority order and maintain continuous access for emergency vehicles and caregivers; do not wait for more than 2 inches of accumulation to mobilize.
De-icingUse premium chemical de-icer, such as pure calcium chloride, on sidewalks and walkways; no standard rock salt on these surfaces.
PricingProvide per-property, per-push/event rates for 2–4, 4–6, 6–8, 8–12, and 12–18 inches of snow, plus separate sidewalk manual labor charges and de-icer rates per pound. Quotes may cover all 29 sites or specified regional groups.
Service periodDecember 1, 2026–November 30, 2027, with four optional annual renewals.
