Service period: Approximately November 15, 2026–April 30, 2027.
Snow removal: Clear sidewalks and corner ADA ramps through to the street after accumulations above 1 inch; complete clearing and salting within 24 hours after each weather event ends.
Ice treatment: Apply deicer or calcium chloride after clearing. Pre-treat forecast events with less than 1 inch of accumulation unless temperatures are forecast above 33°F within 12 hours after the event ends.
Equipment and supplies: Provide all labor, materials, at least three snow blowers, shovels, and a commercial truck for equipment transport.
Pricing: Provide per-event rates covering all lots for snowfall depths of 1–4.99, 5–8.99, and 9–12 inches, plus separate deicing rates.
