Staffing and responseSupply your own employee operators and relief coverage for day/night operations; report within two hours of notification. Subcontracting is prohibited.
Service periodOne year, with four optional one-year renewals; year-round readiness required, with no guaranteed operating hours.
PricingProvide firm hourly rates and quantities available simultaneously for each equipment type offered. Include operators, fuel, maintenance, insurance, and incidentals; treatment materials and loading are supplied. Standby is paid at 50% of the hourly rate.
