ScopeClear parking lots, driveways, entrances, and bus loops; relocate accumulated snow to nearby areas on the same property.
PricingProvide per-site pricing for 2–8 inches of snow and hourly rates with operators for a rubber-tire backhoe, dump truck, tractor-powered snow blower, 4x4 plow truck, and other available equipment. Include fuel, insurance, labor, materials, and equipment costs.
Heavy snowHeavy equipment is required for accumulations exceeding 8 inches. Work is on call, with no guaranteed volume.
Response and staffingArrive within three hours of notification and provide enough operators for continuous clearing. Some parking lots require clearing before 7:30 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m.
