SeasonNovember 2026–March 2027, on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed work; $1,500 seasonal standby fee.
Equipment and ratesThree motor graders and two loaders. Please specify equipment sizes and hourly rates with and without operators.
Response and staffingMobilize within 12 hours of notification and provide qualified operators for 12-hour shifts, changing at 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
ScopeClear streets to the curb where accessible, including dead ends and cul-de-sacs; keep snow off sidewalks and minimize driveway blockage.
SuppliesInclude fuel, new installed cutting blades, serviceable chains, and lighting for nighttime street operations. Replacement 12-foot blades and deicing materials are provided; other blade sizes are contractor-supplied.
InsuranceWorkers' compensation, general liability of $1 million per occurrence and $1 million completed-operations aggregate, and $1 million automobile liability.
