  • All sitesOne 4WD truck per site, minimum 10,000 lb GVW, with minimum 8-foot plow, minimum 2-cubic-yard spreader and experienced operator.
  • Culpeper equipmentAlso provide one 8,500 lb GVW 4x4 pickup with 8-foot plow and 2-cubic-yard spreader, plus one rubber-tire or rubber-track skid steer with minimum 1-cubic-yard bucket, each with an operator.
  • Labor1–6 laborers at Culpeper and 1–2 at each other site, with shovels, walk-behind and backpack snow blowers, and walk-behind spreaders. Provide onsite supervision.
  • Optional equipmentQuote skid steers with operators and minimum 1-cubic-yard buckets separately for Charlottesville and Louisa.
  • PricingProvide hourly rates by site and equipment type, plus per-laborer rates, including fuel, mobilization, tools and incidentals. Two-hour minimum per visit; subsequent time paid in half-hour increments. Salt, sand, de-icing chemicals and truck loading are supplied.
