Equipment ratesProvide separate flat hourly rates for a Class B heavy dump truck with 10-foot plow and V-box spreader; Class 3 heavy-duty truck with 8-foot plow and tailgate spreader; and support loader/skid-steer with power-angle blade. Rates must apply throughout Hopewell.
Included costsSupply equipment, fuel, and primary and backup operators with valid Class A or B CDLs. Equipment must pass a safety inspection and include amber warning lights and fitted traction chains.
MaterialsAll salt and sand are supplied and loaded at a designated local stockpile yard; exclude these materials from pricing.
TermOne year, with up to four optional one-year renewals; annual price adjustments capped at 3% per renewal.
