Service period: November 1, 2026–May 1, 2027; no guaranteed hours.
Scope: Plow streets as close to bare pavement as possible and clear streets and intersections to their full widths.
Equipment and staffing: Provide equipped plow trucks and/or snow-clearing equipment with licensed operators. Include available quantities, model years, GVW ratings, plow widths, bucket capacities, and hourly rates in your quote.
Operating costs: Include fuel, ballast, maintenance, and drivers. Dump trucks require tailgates and sideboards providing at least 3 feet 6 inches of body height.
Response and tracking: Report within one hour of notification or at the assigned time. Operators need smartphones with the required tracking app running throughout operations and in-vehicle charging.
Labor and insurance: Minimum wage requirement is $20.32 per hour as of March 1, 2026, subject to adjustment. Commercial liability, automobile liability, and applicable workers' compensation coverage are required.
