Scope: Clear parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and entrances; provide all labor, equipment, and materials. Use hand shovels or snow blowers on sidewalks and entrances.
Timing: Seven-day availability, clearing for staff arrival by 8:00 AM, and response within two hours of a request. Begin removal after snowfall stops when accumulation reaches three inches; earlier clearing may be requested.
Ice treatment: Apply eco-friendly sodium, magnesium, and calcium chloride blend after clearing, using commercial spreading equipment; no gravel or gravel dust.
Pricing: Provide separate hourly rates for a snowplow with driver and manual shoveling, billed in 15-minute increments, plus ice melt bag size and price per bag including application labor. Include all expenses.
