Period: February 1, 2027–January 31, 2029; quantities vary and are not guaranteed.
Product: Potable-water ice cubes in sealed, labeled 7 lb. and 20 lb. clear virgin-plastic bags, produced at an inspected food-safe facility.
Merchandisers: Supply and maintain locking units of at least 40 cu. ft. at each participating park at no additional charge; some locations require multiple units. Repair or replace within three business days and credit ice lost to equipment malfunction.
Delivery: Within 24 hours of ordering from Memorial Day through Labor Day; within one business day otherwise, unless another schedule is agreed. Some island locations require ferry access, with ferry costs reimbursed at cost. Minimum park order: $25; no minimum for emergency orders.
Pricing: Provide delivered per-bag pricing for both sizes at all park locations within each district you can serve. Include emergency truckload and non-truckload pricing for both sizes and overnight truck charges. Keep pricing firm for the first 12 months.
