What the job is
Scope: Plowing, shoveling, de-icing, and snow transport and disposal for approximately 173,750 sq. ft. of asphalt, 30,500 sq. ft. of concrete, and 22,350 sq. ft. of brick pavers.
Surface protection: Walking plaza pavers require hand tools with non-marring edges or approved light equipment and calcium magnesium acetate treatment. Traffic-rated pavers require rubber or composite plow edges. Other surfaces use sodium chloride or magnesium chloride.
Availability: One-year service term with no guaranteed volume; mobilize within four hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with continuous operations as needed.
Pricing: Provide hourly rates for a plow vehicle with operator, bucket equipment with operator, and individual laborers, plus available quantities. Include tools, fuel, treatment chemicals, and equipment support. Authorized standby is paid at 50% of hourly rates.
