CapacityMinimum 20 road monitors, each with a 4WD truck or SUV. Please state the quantity available.
ScheduleAs needed November 1–April 30, with 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; relief staff required for continuous operations. Confirm call-in notifications within one hour.
Personnel and equipmentLicensed drivers age 18+ capable of winter driving and English communication; cell phones, hard hats, steel-toe footwear, Class III safety vests, vehicle amber warning lights, and tire chains required.
TrackingInternet-accessible AVL/GPS with one-minute updates, accuracy within 15 feet, reporting access, and one-year data retention.
PricingAll-inclusive hourly rate per monitor and vehicle covering labor, fuel, transportation, safety equipment, tracking, and incidentals; no additional or overtime charges. Estimated volume is 2,500 hours, with no guaranteed usage. Applicable prevailing wages apply.
TermOne year with four optional one-year renewals.
