What the job is
Period: January 1–December 31, 2027; March–November work normally Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with December–February work as needed.
Crew pricing: Separate hourly rates for a three-person crew: 1,275 estimated hours with a pesticide applicator and 400 without during March–November; 360 without during December–February. Hours are estimates, not guaranteed.
Included equipment: Stake-body/dump truck with minimum 12-foot bed and 10-cubic-yard capacity, commercial landscaping tools, transportation, traffic control, fuel, tolls, and waste disposal.
Additional equipment pricing: Separate hourly rates for an 8-inch-capacity commercial brush chipper (600 estimated hours) and shadow vehicle with truck-mounted attenuator (300 estimated hours); trailer-mounted attenuators are not accepted.
Qualifications and costs: Category 6 commercial pesticide applicator certification for pesticide work and qualified work-zone traffic-control personnel required. Include applicable prevailing wages; quote chemicals separately at cost without markup.
