What they need

Service termOne year, with up to three additional one-year renewals; work is as needed with no guaranteed volume.
TileMannington or preapproved equivalent VCT and SVT, typically 12" x 12" x 1/8", and LVT with 2.5 mm thickness and a 20 mil wear layer.
CarpetBroadloom, 24" x 24" carpet tile, and walk-off carpet tile; solution-dyed nylon 6,6 with permanent stain and bleach protection. Include 5% additional carpet stock.
Preparation and accessoriesExisting flooring removal, disposal, subfloor patching and leveling, adhesives, cove base, transitions, and stair treads; furniture moving as needed.
PricingProvide all-inclusive unit rates for materials and installation, removal, floor preparation, accessories, and normal/after-hours labor. Tile and/or carpet quotes are welcome.
ScheduleNormal hours are Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m.; site inspections are required within three days of notification.
