What they need

ScheduleMonday–Friday, 6:00–11:00 p.m., excluding holidays and planned closures; service through November 20, 2027, with four optional annual renewals.
Routine cleaningOffices, meeting rooms, common areas, restrooms, breakrooms, stairs, elevators and entrances; include trash and recycling collection, disinfection, vacuuming and mopping.
Periodic cleaningWeekly and monthly detail cleaning; twice-monthly restroom floor and tile scrubbing; quarterly carpet traffic-lane extraction and floor recoating; semiannual full carpet extraction and blind cleaning; annual interior window, grout and upholstery cleaning.
Staffing and suppliesProvide labor, supervision, transportation, equipment and PPE, with an onsite supervisor or working lead each night. Cleaning chemicals, floor finish, liners and restroom consumables are provided. Staff require annual background checks.
Required walkthroughNovember 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern; RSVP required by October 30 at 5:00 p.m.
PricingProvide an all-inclusive monthly rate, proposed staffing and nightly labor hours, plus separate rates for optional exterior window cleaning and additional hourly services.
