What the job is
Service period: December 1, 2026–November 30, 2027, with four optional annual renewals; services as needed.
Imaging: Bedside digital X-rays with interpretation using Direct Radiography (DR), plus EKG, ultrasound, 2-D echo, bladder scans, arterial and venous Doppler, Holter monitoring, and employee digital X-rays.
Response times: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with arrival within four hours and same-day results. Emergency coverage 24/7, including holidays, with arrival within two hours and results within two hours after imaging.
Staff and equipment: Supply all equipment and supplies, Virginia-licensed board-certified radiologists and Virginia-certified radiologic technologists with at least three years of relevant experience; cardiologist interpretation when required.
Reporting: On-site image viewing, electronic access, signed reports, and HIPAA-secure transmission.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive per-service rates with interpretations, separate STAT/emergency and cancellation trip fees, and employee X-ray rates. Directly bill eligible Medicare/Medicaid services; other service rates must not exceed Medicare allowable fees.
